BOOKING APPOINTMENTS

Deposits are required and must be paid at the time of booking your appointment. The deposit serves as a hold for the artist & their time. The deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE and is applied towards the final cost of your tattoo.

 

Your deposit & appointment are booked for the tattoo idea discussed with the artist or staff at the time of booking. Your reference material and/or fonts must be provided within seven (7) calendar days of your appointment. Failing to provide reference material on time or making last-minute changes to your tattoo design may result in a higher cost than what was originally quoted or the loss of your appointment or deposit.

 

Please inform the artist or staff if you have any financial concerns, restrictions, or prior engagements at the time of booking that may interfere with your appointment.


72-HOUR NOTICE

You must provide at least 72 hours (three days) notice to reschedule your appointment. Failure to do so will result in the loss of your deposit. Canceling your appointment entirely will also result in the loss of your deposit.


COURTESY REMINDER

You will receive a courtesy reminder 72 hours (three days) prior to your appointment confirming the details of your appointment. This correspondence will be sent via email and text to ensure delivery. This is the last time you will have the opportunity to make changes to your appointment & recoup your deposit.


BEFORE YOUR TATTOO 

Avoid excessive alcohol consumption, drug use, and sun tanning or tanning bed use at least 48 hours (two days) prior to your tattoo appointment. Obtain adequate rest prior to your appointment. The healthier you are beforehand, the more comfortable and efficient your tattoo session will be for you and the artist.

 

It is crucial to eat before your appointment. Heavier meals, such as pasta, potatoes, and fruit juices, can facilitate the handling of the tattoo session. Refrain from getting tattooed on an empty stomach.


DURING YOUR TATTOO

Please wear appropriate clothing to your tattoo appointment (shorts, sweatpants, tank tops, etc.) to ensure that the area being tattooed is easily accessible to the artist.

 

While we welcome guests, please note that the studio’s limited space may necessitate them sitting in our separate waiting room. Additionally, individuals under the age of 18 are not allowed in the waiting room or studio without prior authorization from the artist or staff.

 

This professional setting is shared with other businesses, so we kindly request your utmost compliance. Misbehavior from you or your guests may result in the forfeiture of your deposit or appointment.

 

Following your tattoo, it is advisable to allow approximately 2-3 weeks for healing. During this period, avoid tanning beds, sunbathing, saunas, and any body of water that may harbor bacteria, such as lakes, oceans, pools, hot tubs, baths, and similar establishments. While brief showers are acceptable, it is crucial to minimize exposure to the tattooed area.

 

While tattoo healing guidelines may vary among studios, we strongly recommend adhering to our specific aftercare process. Failure to do so may compromise the clarity and accuracy of your tattoo, reflecting your intended design or the artist’s work. Our healing guidelines are in place for a reason.
